Kai “Asmo” Yu

Software builder · computer science background · esports coach

I'm Kai Yu, Asmo7791 online. I studied computer science, and I like shipping real products: I design the architecture, data and APIs, write and review the code, and test and run what I build in production. AI is part of my toolkit: I use Claude as a pair programmer to move faster, while the engineering decisions stay mine.

Alongside work, I spent years in mobile esports: founding a Wild Rift team, coaching in Honor of Kings, and producing community tournaments.
